Documentary: Nigeria’s Fashion Industry

This is a documentary worth watching about Nigeria’s fashion industry and how its relationship with homosexuals in a country that criminalises homosexuality. Apparently to get to the very top of the industry you’d have to be gay. VICE magazine’s Charlet whilst in Nigeria meets with Lexy Mojo-Eyes, the head of Nigeria Fashion Week and premier model agency Legendary Gold. There a number of what seems to be candid interviews by Nigerian fashionistas as they shed light on what the Nigeria fashion industry with all it’s contradictions is all about.
