Over at John Battelle a series of pretty informative graphs describe aptly what the world’s population and demographics will look like a generation from now. The graph that stood out for me was the domination of African countries in the “fastest growing nations 2013-2045″ list. The percentage of growth looks just as noteworthy. This piece of information looks even more stunning when compared to the historical growth both in Africa and in other parts of the world that has now put the estimated number of people on earth at 7 billion.
The world will look very different indeed in a generation.
