On the back of a glowing report by Accenture about how the financial services industry across Africa was nearing a “tipping point”, Standard Chartered has also released it’s own 2011 report extolling the benefits of investing in Africa.
As the table and graph below show, Africa dominates the list of the world’s fastest growing economies and the extent to which higher growth is leading to declining poverty is noteworthy. The full Standard Chartered report can be found here: Standard Chartered.
