Ola-Dele Kuku is a Lagos born architect and an artist who lives in Belgium. His work often combines the use of proportions, empty space, splendid aesthetics and design.
He has been quoted by the fine arts studio as stating that he considers himself “a monk in search of the use of emptiness as a structure – with reference to the cosmic composition of how things relate”. He goes on to elaborate further “the consciousness of the presence of the absent intangible cosmic structures such as space, time, light, numbers, the mind and God. A situation bounded by the perceptible world, the imaginary world and the else where”.
Ola-Dele is also a lecturer and his speciality lies in “theories on post conflict rehabilitation and conflict prevention / theory and philosophy of architecture / visionary contemporary art”
